About
We are a multiscale, computational research group based in the Materials Science and Engineering Department at the University of California, Berkeley. We leverage First Principles Calculations, Molecular Dynamics, Mesoscale Modeling, and Machine Learning techniques to study fundamental mechanical, chemical, and electronic properties of advanced materials.
Over the years, our sponsors have included the Department of Energy, National Science Foundation, Office of Naval Research, Department of Defense, and many others. We also collaborate with the Materials Project at UC Berkeley to develop high-throughput tools for materials design.
