I received my Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and then joined UC Berkeley as a PhD student in MSE. My research interests focus on theoretical understanding and computational study of materials properties. Currently, I am studying the mechanism behind the high-temperature strength and low-temperature ductility of Rhenium.
